Who we are

SHIFT NYC is an events promoter in New York City. Contact: info@shift-nyc.com.

What we collect

When you join our Inner Circle list we collect your name and mobile phone number. Some contacts also give us an email address. Tickets are sold by Resident Advisor (ra.co), which collects its own purchase data under its own policy.

How we use it

We use your information to send you text messages and emails about SHIFT NYC events, early access, private invitations and ticket links. We do not use it for anything else.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers (such as our messaging platform) only to deliver our own messages to you.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also email info@shift-nyc.com and we will remove you. Message and data rates may apply.

Retention and security

We keep your information while you are on our list and delete it when you ask us to. We limit access to it and keep it in access-controlled systems.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@shift-nyc.com.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
